Being a more durable, moisture-wicking fabric that is able to maintain its shape for a longer duration, recycled nylon creates 90% less CO2 emissions than regular nylon.
Through their partnership with a Switzerland-based “smart fiber” developer, Organic Basics apparel is composed of advanced fibers treated with silver, while maintaining optimal softness and flexibility. This novel silver treatment, Polygiene® (a recycled silver salt), is now being used on Organic Basics’ recycled nylon SilverTech 2.0 collection – providing additional odor-controlling benefits in one of the most advanced and sustainable apparel collections ever made.
